資深作者：本書原著者為David Flux（香港執業會計師，退休前是畢馬威會計師事務所的稅務合夥人），並每年由畢馬威資深的稅務專業人員修訂。畢馬威是一個由專業成員所組成的全球網絡，提供審計、稅務和諮詢等專業服務。

劉麥嘉軒現任畢馬威中國香港特別行政區稅務主管合夥人。她於1993 年由畢馬威倫敦調任畢馬威香港，專職從事稅務工作。劉麥嘉軒是香港會計師公會和英格蘭及威爾斯特許會計師公會會員，經常就稅務事宜發表意見。

潘盛傑 (Justin Pearce) 是畢馬威高級稅務顧問。他於南非法律學院畢業，並加入一家著名稅務服務機構的企業稅務部門工作達 10 年，其後在英國專職從事國際稅務工作，在全球累積了豐富的相關專業經驗。他目前在香港從事稅務工作，也是國際稅務兼職講師，經常就稅務議題發表評論和意見。
