  I can't find the book or online tools I want - what should I do now?

We can supply any books and online tools for you. Please contact us and we will assist you.

  Are all books listed on your website held in stock ready for dispatch?

We offer a broad selection of book titles, with the majority readily available in our inventory for dispatch once you place your order. However, as our book stock is located in various international warehouses, delivery times may vary. Additionally, some book titles may need to be ordered from the publisher prior to dispatch. Our warehouses update the "DELIVERY TIME" for each book title daily to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

  Can I pre-order a book that is “not yet published”?

We offer a variety of pre-order book titles on our online store.

Please note that the publication date provided on our site is based on the latest information from the publisher, but it is subject to change.

When you place an order that includes both items that are "Available" and those that are "Not Yet Published," we typically ship the available books immediately without charging additional postage for this service. However, under certain circumstances, we may choose to wait until all items are ready for dispatch. If this happens, we will reach out to you for further instructions.   Do I have to login?

No.

Logging in is not required for making a purchase. You have the option to save your details for future transactions at the end of the checkout process, which can further speed up your next purchase.

Additionally, you can track your orders using just your order number and last name, even without an account.

  I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, navigate to the login screen and look for the "Forgotten Password" link beneath the login fields. Click on this link and enter the email address associated with your account. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the email address on file, you will need to create a new account.

  Price and Stock Availability Change

  Validity of Prices in Email Quotations

Customers may request a price quotation via email. Unless agreed upon in writing, a quotation from us remains valid for up to 30 days from the date issued, after which we reserve the right to modify or withdraw it. If a customer issues a purchase order more than 30 days after the quotation date, we are no longer obligated to honor the quoted price. Any changes or additional costs will be included in our invoice. If our quotation is over 30 days old, customers should contact us to confirm the current price./ varied costs will be reflected on our invoice. Customers should ask us for price confirmation if our quotation is over 30 days.

  When will I get the books?

Please check the "DELIVERY TIME" listed for each book title.

Our delivery estimates are calculated in working days (Monday through Friday) and may vary between items, even if they are ordered simultaneously.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email with more details about the estimated delivery time.

If your order is overdue and the tracking information does not indicate that it has been dispatched, please contact us for assistance.

  How do you deliver the books to me?

We deliver books to popular countries worldwide. When you are checking out and entering your shipping information, you can see a drop down list of countries we deliver to. If your country isn't listed, please contact us.

  How can I track my orders and view my order history?

Upon completing your order, you will receive an order number. You can track your order by accessing your account information. Even without an account on our website, you can still track your orders using your order number and email address. If you have an account with us, you can check your order history at any time.
