Rocco Pirozzolo is a solicitor and the legal expenses underwriting manager at QBE, a global insurer and re-insurer. He is a member of the Civil Justice Council Panel of Experts and sits on the Working Party to implement the Jackson reforms as well as the Working Party on Third Party Funding. He is the chair of the Association for British Insurers' Legal Expenses Committee, speaks at many conferences on costs and writes for the Law Society's Litigation Funding magazine.
