This new Second Edition: (i) further reviews and expands upon the major proposals and new initiatives developed and bought forth in the new Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) a year into its enactment: (ii) looks at the comprehensive case law and legal precedents which have since been decided in accordance with this new law; and (ii) includes extensive analysis of all aspects of all aspects of the Company Law and the operation of this new regime a year into its enactment and application.
