It brings together fully updated and re-edited versions of the popular Lexicon columns published in China Business Law Journal. The author, Andrew Godwin, is a former partner and chief representative of Linklaters in Shanghai. Godwin spent more than a decade in China and is currently an associate director of the Asian Law Centre at Melbourne Law School in Australia.
