The Eighth Edition includes many new cases and extensive commentary on the activities of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; a case on the fraud suits against Trump University; an exploration of how the federal government and the states’ Attorneys General have forced credit bureaus to take consumer complaints more seriously; and an expanded look at cyberspace “click on ‘I Agree’” cases.”
