GENERAL EDITORS:

Bernardine Adkins (LLB (Hons), MA (College of Europe)) was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1987, qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1992, and is currently a member of the Barreau de Bruxelles. Bernardine joined Wragge & Co LLP as a partner in 1999 and has been head of the Antitrust team since 2004. She has considerable experience in relation to private antitrust litigation, representing both claimants and defendants, and is involved in a number of high-profile matters presently before the High Court of England and Wales.

Samuel Beighton (BA (Hons) (First Class), PgDip (King’s College, London)) is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and joined Wragge & Co LLP in 2006. In recent years, Samuel has been engaged upon a range of private antitrust litigation actions, and is also involved in proceedings presently before the High Court of England and Wales.
