EU Anti-Dumping and Other Trade Defence Instruments analyses the measures that may be imposed by the European Commission with respect to imports from third countries into the EU under the various EU trade defence rules. The sixth edition of this definitive work gives detailed attention to all legislative, regulatory and judicial developments that have arisen under EU and World Trade Organization (WTO) laws on trade defence instruments up to February 2019, including the amended 2018 EU anti-dumping regulation.
