  • Malcolm Merry is an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong, and a barrister in private practice. He is also the author of Building Management in Hong Kong (3rd edition, 2016) and co-author (with Professor SH Goo) of Vol 36 ‘Landlord and Tenant’ (2014) in Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, both published by LexisNexis. He has been resident in Hong Kong for more than 35 years.
