Richard Morgan FBCS, CITP, is an independent IT Consultant and was previously the Computer Officer for both Houses of Parliament. He lectures widely on all aspects of IT and Law and is co-author of writes Morgan & Burden on Computer Contracts 8th edition, published by Sweet & Maxwell.

Ruth Boardman is a Partner at Bird & Bird and co-Head of the firm’s international privacy practice. She is a Member of the European Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
