Lee Roach is Senior Lecturer of Law at the University of Portsmouth. He is also the author of Card & James' Business Law (Oxford University Press, 2016) and Company Law (Oxford University Press, 2019), and co-author of Commercial Law (Oxford University Press, 2019).
