Neil Andrews 教授任教于英国剑桥大学，主要研究范围为民法和私法。Andrews 教授为英国剑桥大学克莱尔学院院士，现任剑桥大学法律学院署理主席。他于1981年获得英国大律师资格，并于2007年成为伦敦的四个大律师公会之一的中院 (Middle Temple) 的资深会员 (Bencher)。他是美国法律协会 (American Law Institute) 会员，亦为国际民事程式法学会 (International Association of Procedural Law) 主席。Andrews 教授曾在香港演讲和担任考官。

扬帆博士于2005年获英格兰及威尔士大律师资格。扬博士拥有英国皇家特许仲裁员协会资深会员 (FCIArb) 资格和英国高等教育研究院 (FHEA) 资深研究员资格，现为国际争议解决研究院 (IDRA) 主任。扬博士从2009年起在香港城市大学法律学院任教至今。

梁思临先生现为香港执业大律师。他的主要研究范畴为国际商法比较、香港合约法和公司法。他曾于国际贸易法研讨会发言并发表论文。
